Hurst Lending was as personally involved and invested in our home buying process as we were. They went out of their... way to help us at every step. We are novice home buyers and Jay and Carey would stop and answer our (very basic) questions at a moments notice. They took the time to make complex terms understandable and a lot less intimidating. Because we are currently in such a strong seller’s market, when we put in our offer, the seller’s realtor was not convinced. Jay personally called him and explained to him that we were making an excellent offer. Hurst Lending’s use of technology enabled us to sign all the necessary documents wherever we happened to be.
