Own Property MORE Than 6 Months

You can take cash out from your investment property using conventional financing based on the after repair value. You simply need to wait 6 months until your loan has “seasoned.”  At this point you can refinance with a traditional conventional loan and take cash out based on the current appraised value.

Own Property LESS Than 6 Months

If you want to take cash out, but have owned the property for less than 6 months, then the loan is not seasoned.
